Don't know why exactly but I really like this picture too. I've spent several moments just staring at it. It kind of reminds of an old television commercial about windows. I think it gives me a feeling of being relaxed and disengaged.
Thank you, Doug! I spent one glorious night in a bed & breakfast on Newport Beach, slept with the windows open listening to the ocean, had a little fire going in the fireplace, ... was just an experience to be savored. This photo seems representative of all of that, to me. I am glad you like it, too.
